Once you sign-up for any membership with AAKM, you are entitled to receive free fitness information, advice and training routines no matter what your goals are. Some of our students have lost over 10kgs within a couple of months. We can guarantee that you can achieve you goals regardless.
Who can take part in AAKM's Fitness Classes?
These classes can be taken part by anyone: Men and Women, ages 12 +. The best part is, you don't need to be a current student to start these classes. We encourage you to join these sessions as long as you're committed in making the effort to improve your health and fitness.
