1st: Self Defence Stream - Get personal training in Krav Maga. We can tailor a personal training plan for your requirements or we can take you through our regular krav maga grading sylabus, the choice is yours.
2nd: Fitness/Conditioning Stream - Get Stronger, fitter and lose fat faster than ever with our personal kettlebell training programs
Our personal training programs are one on one and you get the full attention of your instructor. Learn Krav Maga, get fit or do both in the safety of your own home or we can arrange a venue close to you. Get in contact with us and we will help you.
